We talked to several companies prior to contacting Pella Windows and Doors in Baton Rouge. Fromour first contact with Pella we were very impressed with their professionalism. We received our quote and were very pleased with the price. After we signed our agreement we were handed over to our Project Coordinator, Jessica Gordon. Jessica scheduled everything and it happened just like she said it would. Our install date was scheduled our Installation Crew Leap 1 (Deynis, Alex and Carlos) showed up right on time. They were so nice and worked hard throughout the day to get our sliding doors installed. They cleaned up after themselves too. We are so happy with the results. If we ever need windows or doors installed there is no doubt who we will be calling Thanks to whole team at Pella Windows and Doors in Baton Rouge.
My mother’s Pella side door lock stopped working; Pella came in and said that she had to replace the whole door, side windows and transom and it would cost ~$11,000. She asked that it matched same door 12 feet away (opposite side of kitchen) Pella assured her it would. When the job was completed, Pella did not caulk anything, left gaps and drilled a hole for the security wire in the front as opposed to above the door. The security company could fix it and had to use an alternative method.Beware of using Pella!
I have worked with Pella over the course of several years. Our house is in New Orleans and is ~100 years old. Over time, working with our sales rep. Brian Burger, we have replaced over 30 iron clad casement windows, various doors, and some inferior windows from Anderson. The Pella product is far superior to what other companies offer. Jessica Gordon and her install teams were on-time, professional, and experts in their trade. Hats off to the installers we have encountered over the past 3-4 years that include Nixon, Edgar Rosa, Deynis and Alex they all did a great job. I have and will continue to recommend Pella Windows and Doors of Baton Rouge to anyone who asks.
My experience with Pella was amazing. Working with my sales rep Danny left a last impression on my wife and I. He came out on a Saturday morning. We are both in sales and he did a fabulous job. Jessica in the office was smooth and transparent. She coordinated everything. The process was triple checked by several different employees to make sure the windows were measured correctly. I was given a date for the install. It was what I was told up front. No delays. The quality is amazing. The install team was on time, courteous, kind, and respectful of my home. They cleaned up and it was perfect before they left the jobsite. I highly recommend doing business with the group.Mike
After doing our due-diligence regarding replacement windows, through online research,, Consumer Reports, and finally the local NextDoor neighborhood site, we settled on Pella Windows and doors. Our 100 year old home in New Orleans and the need for wheelchair access presented many challenges, and the sales representative Brian who lives in the area carefully explained their recommendations. There is NO doubt that we made the right choice for our home. It was a smooth and seamless transaction. Special thanks go to our Project Manager Jessica Gordon whose friendly professionalism made her a joy with whom to work. We would also like to commend the Installation Crew Omega for their meticulous work, and the care and respect they showed for our home in daunting 100+ degree weather.I will be shouting their praises to anyone who asks—Pella Windows and Doors!Debra and Carl Craine
