I purchased whiskey barrel LVP flooring from Alan at a great price, and the entire experience was excellent from start to finish. He had the flooring shipped in, it arrived exactly as scheduled, and the pricing was affordable and very competitive.
What really stood out was Alan’s attention to detail—he asked all the right questions about transitions, steps, and layout to make sure every necessary material was included so the job could be completed without delays. His follow-up and communication throughout the transaction were top-notch.
Most importantly, my client was thrilled with the final result—and the floor looks absolutely gorgeous. I’ll definitely be using Alan again and recommending him to others!

Let me start by saying, don’t judge a book by its cover. Alan’s showroom—and Alan himself—aren’t flashy. The vibe is more “warehouse” than high-end design center. What you will find, though, is someone who’s extremely knowledgeable and passionate about his products.

If you’re looking for design consultation or hand-holding through style choices, this might not be the right place. But if you know what you want and value affordable prices without sacrificing quality, Alan is an excellent resource.

I purchased flooring, cabinetry, trim, and a few exterior doors from him. The cabinets are RTA with a more limited style and color selection, but they’re well-built and designed to last. I went with the hickory and white options, and I’d absolutely choose them again.

For flooring, I selected vinyl for two floors and engineered hardwood for another. Both turned out beautiful, but in hindsight, I’d go vinyl throughout—it feels more solid underfoot.

I’ve included photos for reference. And if you’re still looking for a contractor, I can highly recommend mine: Mc’s Final Touch Remodeling. They did excellent work and were great at problem-solving throughout the remodel.

I ordered doors from Alans doors over 1 year ago. He bragged about how well he packaged them for delivery. When they showed up at my job site, they were all beat up. He won't even respond to me, let alone refund my money for doors that were totally unusable. Would never even consider using him again. I do have to say that the doors were not what the customer expected and we would have had to sale them locally. That wasn't his fault. However when the truck showed up the driver said that I needed to see the doors because he didn't think I was going to be happy with how they looked. The owner and I both looked at the doors and told the driver that they were so beat up and damaged that they were not usable or saleable. He said he agreed.

Alan is a real character. We found a Facebook video of him beating up a floor. We were intrigued so drove to his shop. It’s way back off the main road and we were a bit skeptical. However we had a wonderful experience talking to Alan and getting his advice. We bought our floor that night, Alan arranged delivery and the floor has been fantastic. His selection is fantastic and his prices are very reasonable. Two days after our floor was installed a delivery guy dropped a large piece of slate on the floor and gouged two boards. It was 5pm and we had a party the next evening. Alan found a repair who came out that evening and expertly replaced the two pieces of hardwood that were ruined. I cannot recommend this place highly enough. Do not be put off by the exterior of the building. This place is the real deal.
