Reviews

What customers say

Several customers praised quick turnaround on glass work: one furniture-glass job was completed the same day, and another customer said seven fogged double-hung panes in vinyl windows were replaced quickly and at lower cost than replacing the full window. Two customers reported problems with windshield installations: one said the installed windshield differed from what was wanted and the vehicle was damaged during installation; another reported scratched A-pillars and wind noise, and said the company declined to reset the windshield.

Had a replacement piece of glass made for furniture. Wonderful service, great price. Done the same day.

Glass Doctor replaced 7 double hung glass panes in my vinyl windows due to fogging. Process was quick and less expensive than a full window replacement. All glasses were properly sized and installation appeared to be without issue. Definitely recommend.

I am not pleased with my experience as a whole. They did refund me the difference between the windshield I wanted and the one I got. But just wish they would have told me they couldn’t get what I wanted instead of installing something I didn’t want and trying to pass it off like it was what I ordered. I am walking away from here with a damaged vehicle from installation and a windshield I didn’t want.

Did a great job on several new shelves for my cabinet! Price was much cheaper than I thought and they got them done quickly. Now that they are in, I think I can add another! Would definitely recommend this company for any if your glass needs. Office staff was VERY helpful and professional.

Matt Locke

Went to Glass Doctor in Columbia TN, to have windshield replaced in an older Mercedes. After picking up the car we found several problems. The A pillars were severely scratched by using a oscillating removal tool, and the window was set too high at the top causing wind noise. Returned it and spoke with owner (Bill) who asked us to bring it back to them. They refused to reset the window, and offered only to brush a paint over the scratch marks. According to installation instructions, they are suppose to use spacers to insure proper clearances, and Bill had no interest in hearing that. We tried to work this out, even had other professionals agree it was incorrectly installed. We asked them to remove the window so we could have someone else install it, Bill stated they don't have the proper tools to remove the window without scratching the a pillars.
