I had glass black windows put in my basement seller windows. The installer was prompt, considerate, friendly, knowledgeable And cleaned up after himself very well. The resulting product I thought was high-quality And I’m very happy with them. The only reason I gave four stars is, I wasn’t sure if the price was a little higher than some, but I think the quality the timeliness and the service was worth it.
Great experience. The two guy crew was active, precise and focused on getting the job done. I would say be aware as a consumer if you chose the financing route. But that is always true. Materials were well engineered, and assembled in a few days. Attention was paid to critical detail. Immediate followup both by phone call and multiple surveys to ensure customer satisfaction.Always be aware as a consumer, but enjoy the product and finished results!
Champion Windows, You sent an employee out who refused the word no several times and would not leave our house for 2 hours. Please stop sending us mail we're good to go with our Polar Seal Windows. We actually got them all replaced (15) for the same quote you gave us for five windows. That was pretty sneaky though saying if we signed right there on the spot you'd somehow magically give us 30% off.I would highly avoid letting this company into your residence because they lack respect and integrity. I hope you go out of business! Again, in LOVE with my Polar Seal Windows installed in 2025!
If I could give negative stars, I would. do yourself a favor and look up Champion Windows on BBB. My install date was July 22 and 23. As of the date of this review, still waiting on windows that meet satisfaction. Be warned...here's where they get you. If any windows come with factory defaults and immediately need replaced, you are required to sign their "completed to my satisfaction" form to kick in the warranty so they can re-order. You lose any leverage because once they have your money..... So, here's my story (I'll try to brief an to the point). Josh B (sales) sold the highest quality window on the market, lifetime warranty, etc. So, I'm holding them to that claim. We receive a call 3pm from Julius T. wanting to schedule install for the next day. No way we can our entire house cleared 3 ft for every window. It was agreed we could get half ready, then the 2nd half could be the 2nd day of install. Tony's crew arrives and does not confirm to what was agreed. They moved personal items out of their way, or in some instances didn't move at all, leaving the plastic saw dust to go all over the place when they removed old windows. They were about to install every window shifted to the bottom of the frame to set in on the sill. Why not center? I have no window coverings. Why would I want the glass skewed to the bottom? I want it centered. I had them correct. I had to ask crew not to smoke on property. Crew "finished" project leaving windows with no insulation or seal. They also did not clean the glass, telling me Champion has another crew that is paid to do that. Two days after, Tyler (crew of one) comes out to finish install, clean and take note of all window sashes that need replaced. He was not informed he needed to actually insulate, as he didn't carry tool to do so. Only after I called to request he be given authorization to go to Lowe's and buy what he needed was he able to finish. I needed a total of 7 sashes (of 29 total) replaced. Issues include bent frame, factory glue between the panes and scratches on the inside of the glass. I've put in re-orders with Khandice W. First re-order comes (with Cam, whom I will say is the only bright spot in this whole ordeal, as he's been more than understanding and professional) and the order itself is not correct. They sent rights, when I needed lefts or tops when I needed bottoms. Replacement windows also came with factory defects. Same with the 2nd replacement order. More of the same (now Cam's 3rd trip out to my house) today. I have now had appointments for Champion 7/22, 7/23, 7/25, 9/22, 10/24, 11/21 and another still TBD. I still have 2 sashes with defects and waiting on my sliding glass door finish to be fixed with the correct parts. Throughout the process I have requested the Regional Manager Erin B. give me a call. I have yet to hear from her. Josh B, sales, has also separated himself from the issues at hand. I have requested some sort of compensation for all this hassle, but no Champion representative has acknowledged my request. If you choose Champion for your project, please don't say you've been warned.UPDATE: I finally have all window sashes replaced as of December 18, 2025. That's 5 months more than should have been. I had been inquiring about some compensation for the 5 additional days I had to take off work to accommodate the extra service calls. They offered $100 after my third (at least) request. Keeping in mind this project cost more than $44,000, they offered $100 prepaid gift card. I honestly took that as a slap in the face. Here's their reply."I'm stating that I'm offering you a $100.00 gift card because of the inconvenience. Which I technically don't have to offer. That's totally up to you to take it or leave it. Thank you for coming out and helping us get a great price!Update to this review:I would say the service and the windows turned out great. Our only problem is that our salesman did give us an earlier install date than what Champion was actually able to do. With that being said, we did have a little bit of a hard time reaching out to them, it they did call us back and make sure to take care of our install as soon as they got the windows in. Thank you Will and Wayne for the hard work you guys put into installing our windows. Great customer Service, and a huge improvement over our 50 year old windows.
