Ben did a great job on our siding and installing the window we added in our garage peak! He also recommended and put up the brick product we chose to go with our new siding and we are very happy with it as well! Ben is honest, professional, easy to work with and his price was very fair. We would recommend Ben for your next project. You won't be disappointed!

Ben was very responsive and did a great job on the windows I had him install. He made sure the job was done right and the outline of the windows he did looked very nice. I would recommend him to anyone getting new windows! He is reasonably priced as well!

I had ML Windows replace all of the windows in my home and garage this Fall, totaling to 21 units. This included; double hung, casement, tri light slider, double slides, and barn sash windows. It was a large job that took Ben (the owner) & his team several days to complete while battling with weather. I was told by a large local competitor that they could complete this job in a day as they would send 8 people to work like ants on a cupcake. My home was built in the 1950's and has a lot of quirks, I wanted a team that would take their time to get the job done right and that is what I received with ML windows. In addition to the window installation, Ben also wrapped some trim on my home with aluminum so that all of the front façade would have matching trim. This was an added bonus to use his talent while onsite.

I did have a couple initial quality issues with caulking from one of his employees, but Ben worked diligently to repair all issues to make it right. We are all human, mistakes happen, but how a business chooses to respond to errors is what matters. ML Windows made it right.

If there is one thing I would suggest to ML Windows it is to make the ordering & contract communication more detailed and precise. We were short one window initially and this could have been avoided if more detail was shared from the beginning. Nonetheless, Ben still made it right and I had the new window in a short couple of weeks, no big deal!

Ben would probably attest to me being a detail oriented client and with that, I will add that I am satisfied with his overall workmanship. I am glad I chose to support this small local business and I would encourage you to setup a quote!

We’ve used Ben & his crew for new window installation, window replacement, and sliding glass door replacement at two different houses now. He is meticulous, detail-oriented, and extremely honest about everything he does. He shows up exactly when he says he will and has always been very responsive to our random questions and requests. He has not hesitated to break down the pros and cons of every product we’ve bought from him, and that is really helpful when you’re Trying to compare six different brands and five different quotes! We recommend him to everyone we know looking for windows or doors- as far as I can tell his biggest flaw is that he doesn’t market himself very aggressively!
