So much better than the service I received in Everett on 128th. Should've known better than to go to Everett. I cancelled my appointment after they greeted me with a foul attitude and rescheduled for here after I saw they have good ratings.Much better experience. Great service all around, nice roomy wait area with complimentary coffee and water, restroom and they even have a kids play room. Installer Dana did a great job job on my Accord and the front desk staff got me on a reschedule do to a rubber seal not coming in and call outs that day and I came back and the front desk gal got my keys as soon as I walked in and my car went straight into the shop right on time and 1 1/2hrs. later was finished and looks perfect ??
The work on my windshield replacement seems fine for now, but the communication and timing could have been better. I came in at 9:30 am I was told my car would be ready by a certain time, no later than 5, but it wasn’t started until 4 pm because I came back and asked for an update on the car and still stated it could be done at 5.I understand delays can happen, but it would have helped to get an update or a heads up about the change in schedule. They finished around 5:40ish so replacing a windshield, replacing the passenger front window, recalibration, installing new windshield wipers, and having the rain repellent only took them about a little over an hour and half so I just hope nothing was rushed.
