Much better experience. Great service all around, nice roomy wait area with complimentary coffee and water, restroom and they even have a kids play room. Very welcoming and professional service I'll definitely be back.

The work on my windshield replacement seems fine for now, but the communication and timing could have been better. I came in at 9:30 am I was told my car would be ready by a certain time, no later than 5, but it wasn’t started until 4 pm because I came back and asked for an update on the car and still stated it could be done at 5.

I understand delays can happen, but it would have helped to get an update or a heads up about the change in schedule. They finished around 5:40ish so replacing a windshield, replacing the passenger front window, recalibration, installing new windshield wipers, and having the rain repellent only took them about a little over an hour and half so I just hope nothing was rushed.
