The installation was seamless and the team treated our home with care. Everything was completed on schedule and looks fantastic. It’s clear Mike takes pride in running West County with integrity and professionalism.
We were very pleased with the siding repair job that this company did for the front of our house. They tore off old rotting cedar and replaced it with Hardie board. The crew was timely, worked efficiently and cleaned up well. They even shared ideas with us to make our home look more modern.
Never been a customer, from what I see they do decent work but the management is horrible. They painted my neighbors house in new town, I allowed them in my backyard and they broke my deck left crap everywhere and left nails in my yard to which my puppy had one stuck in her paw so we had an emergency vet visit, in all I’ve spent over $1500 and never had any work done to my home. I’ve called 3 times and always I get oh the owners not in but we will take a massage and he will call you back, that’s been over a month ago. Countless emails to which no one has responded. It’s crazy to me that I allowed you to come onto my property to do your work and make a living and you just ruin my things, hurt my puppy, & cost me money and you don’t even have the backbone to call me back. Terrible way to do business.
Crews do excellent work! Reasonable price for a perfect result. I used them to paint my exterior siding and doors and I’m very happy with the job they did. Thanks Mike and team!
A week ago, I called on two separate occasions trying to get help from Siding Repair Systems. They installed my roof, and the flashing around the chimney had come loose, and water was leaking in. I talked with Sue, and she said she understood the problem and would call back. She nor anyone from the company called back. It reminded me of similar communication issues during the original installation when i was working through her. Luckily, I was able to find another roofer to fix their problem, but I had to pay $500 for the fix. After correcting, the roofer told me the flashing was much older than my roof. So, Siding Repair Systems had cut corners by reusing the original flashing. I am including before and after pics of the flashing around the chimney for reference.UPDATE--A couple of weeks after posting my review, I received a check for $500 from Siding Repair Systems. There was no note or explanation. Nobody reached out or called--just the reimbursement check. While this doesn't repair my confidence that they are fixing the repetitive communication issues, they did make me whole and did it without any strings attached. I wanted to update and share the new end of my experience with SRS.
